As Riko wasn’t too keen on continuing to use Snuffbox for these game jams (which made sense, as it was getting pretty dated with our capabilities), we moved on to using Unity for the first time. This was a great experience, especially because everything is simply there.

This is another one of those games that really excels in the graphics department — albeit lower than usually — but didn’t have the gameplay to back it up. We decided it’d be the last time that we don’t focus enough on gameplay and that is very noticeable in Typerider, which you can also find on my portfolio.

After this game we took a bit of a break from game jams because of our studies and jobs.

Together with Riko I made the movement of the player character and designed bits and pieces of the level. I furthermore made all particle effects and shader effects.
